Grain Titan Mother Bins

Grain Titan mother bins provide high-capacity temporary grain storage and a central truck-loading point close to the paddock. Available in 125-tonne and 150-tonne models, they help maintain harvest momentum when truck turnaround times, distance or receival delays would otherwise slow the operation.

By separating harvesting activity from road transport timing, a mother bin allows headers and transfer equipment to keep working while trucks collect grain from a consistent loading point. Some growers still refer to this type of equipment as a field bin; Grain Titan is positioned as a purpose-built, high-capacity mother bin range for serious harvest programs.

Auger Repairs and Replacements

Harvester Auger Extensions

Harvester auger extensions increase the unloading reach between the harvester and the chaser bin.

On harvesters fitted with wider fronts or combs, the standard unloading auger may require the tractor and chaser bin to travel too close to the header. This can reduce operator clearance and increase the risk of contact between the machines, particularly when unloading on the move.

Additional reach can also be important on farms using tramlining or controlled-traffic systems. Under these systems, the harvester and tractor follow established wheel tracks to reduce unnecessary soil compaction. The tractor towing the chaser bin therefore needs to maintain a set distance from the harvester, and the standard auger may not extend far enough to unload safely into the chaser bin.

A correctly matched auger extension allows the chaser bin to remain in the appropriate wheel track while maintaining safer separation from the harvester.
